1. The first step is to open the tax return. Type 2441 in the search box and click on 2441 in the list
2. Select the state
3. Under Persons or Organizations Who Provided the Care, Click ADD NEW
4. Type Provider’s EIN
5. Type Provider’s Name
6. Type Provider’s Address
7. Type Provider’s Zip Code
8. Type Provider’s Phone Number
9. Type Amount Paid to Provider
10. Click Save
11. Did the taxpayer pay 2020 expenses in 2021? Answer Yes or No
12. click Save
13. That’s it. You’re done.
