Emailing Tax Return to Customer

8 STEPS

1. The first step is to open Client Manager and click View/Print

2. Click Customer Copy

3. Click Email Customer Copy

4. Be default the email address will the email address entered on the Personal Information Sheet. If you want to send to a different email, type the email address in.

5. Click Send e-mail

6. Click Close

7. This is a copy of the email that is sent to the taxpayer.

The email does not provide the password to the tax return, but rather provides instructions on how the password is created with examples.

8. An encrypted copy of the tax return is attached to the email.
