1. The first step is to open TAX HOUND and click Clients
2. Click New Return
3. Enter the taxpayer’s SSN
4. Reenter taxpayer’s SSN
5. Click Save and Continue
6. Type taxpayer’s first name and Press Tab
7. Type taxpayer’s middle initial
8. Type taxpayer’s last name
9. Select taxpayer’s birth month
10. Select taxpayer’s birth day
11. Select taxpayer’s birth year
12. Type taxpayer’s occupation
13. Answer the question “Did the primary taxpayer receive a form 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement?”
14. Select taxpayer’s filing status
15. Type taxpayer’s street address
16. Type taxpayer’s zip code and Press Tab
17. Type taxpayer’s email address
18. Type taxpayer’s cell phone number
19. Check the box if the taxpayer opts in to receiving text messages from your tax office.
20. Select taxpayer’s alternate contact phone number type
21. Type taxpayer’s alternate phone number
22. If the taxpayer wishes to have the tax return forms to be printed in Spanish, check the box.
23. If the taxpayer would like a direct deposit (From the IRS or via a Bank Product) Check the box for the correct account type.
24. Type taxpayer’s routing number
25. Re-Type taxpayer’s routing number
26. Type taxpayer’s account number
27. Re-Type taxpayer’s account number
28. Click Save
29. That’s it. You’re done.
