Applying to IRS e-File (EFIN) Create IRS E-Services Account Terms of Service

You must “accept” the Terms of Service. If you do not accept the presented Terms and Conditions, you will not be granted access to e-Services. The registration information you entered will then be deleted and you will be returned to the e-Services welcome page.
